Arctic Circle Berlin Forum

Following consultations with our German hosts on the pandemic challenges now facing Europe and the global community, the Arctic Circle has decided to postpone the Arctic Circle Berlin Forum, which had been scheduled for June 30 - July 1, 2020.
Proposals for Sessions will remain valid and our international partners are encouraged to continue their dialogue and preparations for the Forum.
A new date for the Forum will be announced in the coming months.
The Berlin Forum will be held at the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) in Berlin. The Forum is hosted by the BMBF and co-organized with the German Arctic Office at the Alfred Wegener Institute Helmholtz Centre for Polar and Marine Research.
The focus of the Arctic Circle Berlin Forum will be:
Europe – Germany – MOSAiC
Science – Policy
with special emphasis on the MOSAiC Expedition, the largest Polar Expedition in history.
