
The Arctic Circle Faroe Islands Forum was held in Tórshavn, May 8-9, 2018. Organized in cooperation with the Government of the Faroe Islands, the Forum brought together political leaders and high-level policy makers, business executives, experts, researchers and other stakeholders from across the North and the wider international community to explore the successes and challenges in building dynamic economies and sustainable communities in the Arctic.

- Prospects for new and existing businesses in the Arctic, focusing on IT, digitalization, fishing, shipping, maritime services, energy, tourism, food.
Transport, investment and infrastructure
- Exploring priorities for infrastructure and investments to promote advancement and growth: maritime transport, telecommunications, education and research.
Dynamic communities
- Meeting demographic and societal challenges in Arctic societies: gender equality, e-health, community food and energy sustainability.
